How to secure tickets for Dubai matches of Champions Trophy

Dubai: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the sale of tickets for the upcoming Champions Trophy, set to be held in Dubai and three cities across Pakistan.

Tickets for India’s three group-stage matches, which will take place in Dubai, will go on sale later on Monday, February 3. Meanwhile, tickets for matches in Lahore, Karachi, and Rawalpindi have been available since last week.

Fans have been eagerly anticipating the sale of tickets for the highly anticipated India vs. Pakistan clash at the Dubai International Stadium on February 23. This rivalry has been a fixture in ICC events, with their last encounter taking place in the 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup in Ahmedabad. The last time the two teams faced off in the Champions Trophy, Pakistan triumphed in the 2017 final. Fakhar Zaman, who played a match-winning knock in that final, is back in the Pakistan squad, alongside key players such as Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Shah Afridi.

India, meanwhile, boast superstars like Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, and Hardik Pandya, raising expectations among fans ahead of the competition.

India to meet Bangladesh

India will kick off their campaign against Bangladesh on February 20, and will face New Zealand in their final group match on March 2, both at the Dubai International Stadium, which will also host Semi-final 1.

The two-week tournament will see the world’s top eight teams battle it out across 15 intense matches over 19 days. Tickets for Dubai matches will be available for general sale from Monday, February 3, at 4pm Gulf Standard Time (GST). General stand tickets at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium will start from Dh125 and can be purchased online.
